Return and Exchange Policy
At KC Design Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Due to the custom nature of made-to-order items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or was made incorrectly. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
- To receive a refund, you must pack the item securely in its original packaging and provide a reason for returning.
- Please note, that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- In the case of replacements, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
